Midterm review and partners meeting of Interreg IPA project “3C - Cross-border exchange for the development of Cultural and Creative industries”, was organized on 19th January 2022, at Creative hub in Old prison building in Kotor, Montenegro. Representatives of Lead partner Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports of Montenegro, JS and Montenegrin European Integration Office used this opportunity to visit Old prison building in Montenegro which was fully restored and renovated, as part of project implementation. Project partners, who attended the meeting online, presented activities realized in the previous period and discussed further steps in project implementation, with the special emphasis on realization of investment work packages in Albania, Puglia and Molise. The aim of this meeting was also the performance of Midterm review, hosted by JS's Officers Chiara Campanile and Davide Marcianò, who elaborated financial and overall project implementation status from the JS’s point of view.
3C project is supported under Interreg IPA CBC Programme Italy- Albania - Montenegro and it aims to enhance the cooperation of relevant actors in the programming area, through the establishment of innovative cultural and creative centers with residential arts programs and the creation of joint cross-border cooperation networks. In addition to the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture and Sports of Montenegro, which is the lead partner in project implementation, project partners are the Ministry of Economic Development of Montenegro, Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Albania, National Institute of Cultural Heritage, Albania, Puglia Region – Department of Tourism, Economy of Culture and Valorisation of Territory, Italy, Molise Region, Italy and the Molise Culture Foundation. Associated partners are the Albanian National Centre of Cinematography and the Gramsci Foundation of Puglia, Italy.
